SHIPPING POLICY

It is our goal to ship all orders placed before 2:00 PM (Central time) Monday through Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day that packages are accepted by the shipping entity you have chosen. Orders placed using the E-Check payment option will NOT be shipped the same day. See E-Check Policy below.

Shipping time-in-transit is the sole responsibility of the shipping entity selected and is subject to their policies.

UPS does not count weekend days or holidays in their calculation of days of time-in-transit. Please be sure that you figure out when you need the order and use the shipping method that gets it to you by then, not counting any weekend days or holidays.

  • UPS Ground Residential
  • UPS Ground Commercial [commercial destinations only]
  • UPS Next Day Air - Fastest
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Fast
  • UPS 3 Day Select - Speed on a budget

Sorry, we CANNOT ship outside the U.S.A. (We do not ship to Canada.)

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be authorized before being sent back to us. We cannot accept non-authorized returns. Please call 1-800-455-8742 during business hours (9:00 am to 5:30 pm Central time Monday through Friday) to obtain authorization.

If the product you receive is damaged or defective, you will receive either a replacement of the product at no cost to you, or if a replacement is not available, a full refund of the purchase price and shipping costs. The replacement will be with the exact product, or by mutual agreement (if the exact product is no longer available) with a comparable item.

If the product you received is not acceptable for personal reasons (wrong song, not in a key you can sing, etc.), you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price only. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. We will also be happy to replace the item with one of the same value, but you will be charged for shipping of the replacement item to your address.

E-Checks Policy

While we are happy to offer the option to pay directly from your checking account, recent occurrences of abuse by a few customers have prompted us to institute the following policy: All orders which are paid for with an E-Check will have their shipping date delayed by one to two weeks while the check clears your bank. Please do not use this option if you need your order shipped quickly. Specifically, we will not honor requests for expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Three Day Select) when you are paying with an E-Check. If you need expedited shipping, you will need to select a different payment option.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will never share your information with anyone else. Period. We protect the information you share with us the same as we would our own information. None of your information will ever be sold or otherwise distributed.

We will not use your email address for any other purpose than to communicate with you regarding orders placed with us. We may, at a future date, start an email list to inform our customers of items of interest, but only those individuals who request inclusion on such a list will be added.
